Hayden Clarke has been immersed in woodworking his entire life, inspired by a legacy passed down from his grandfather and great-grandfather. He began working in commercial architectural millwork while still in high school, gaining hands-on experience in assembly, finishing, and installation before advancing into project management. Throughout his career, Hayden consistently noticed a gap in craftsmanship and attention to detail with volume being the main concern of competitors — a dissatisfaction that ultimately drove him to launch Silver Leaf Millwork with a clear mission: quality above all else.
Earning a degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University has helped Hayden bring a general contractor’s perspective to the millwork field. His deep understanding of both design and construction enables him to deliver a collaborative, knowledge-driven experience for architects, builders, and clients alike.
